About Audrey

Hi, I’m Audrey Frazier, a Florida Broker Associate with Ketcham Realty Group and a business consultant who helps entrepreneurs make informed decisions at the intersection of business and real estate.

My specialty is working with small business owners who are ready to explore purchasing their first commercial property. I understand that the right building is more than real estate—it can affect cash flow, operations, financing, future growth, and the long-term value of the business.

 

My role is to help clients understand the process, ask better questions, and assemble the right team of lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals before making a major commitment.

 

My experience extends well beyond real estate. As a longtime entrepreneur, I have founded and managed businesses in consulting, technology, commercial cleaning, and event rentals. That firsthand perspective allows me to recognize the practical concerns business owners face because I have faced many of them myself.
